Terms & Conditions

At Tsp we take pride in using quality ingredients to ensure that each cake tastes as good as it looks. Before placing an order, please ensure that you read the full Terms & Conditions.

Order Confirmation

When placing an order please ensure that all details are accurate and correct, and that you understand the Full Terms & Conditions. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed. Your order will be confirmed via email once we have checked date availability. 1 weeks notice is required on orders, for anything sooner please call the shop on 01782 280524.

Deposits

On all bespoke cakes and ‘create a cake’ (coming soon) we require a 50% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the pick-up date.

Payment

When placing an order we require payment in full either paid in store or over the phone– unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Pick-up

Collection of your cake is required after 11am on the date requested. If you cannot pick-up your order after 11am, please let us know and we will do our best to schedule an alternative time. As general courtesy please try to be on time for your scheduled pick-up time. If you’re running late, please let us know. Our opening hours are 8am – 5pm Mon-Sat.

Allergies

When placing an order, please notify us of any allergies. We cannot guarantee that our products are nut/gluten/dairy free as our equipment at some point in time has come into contact with these items.

Loss or Damages

Our goods at Tsp are packaged with care and attention. We will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged after they have been picked-up.

Variations in Final Products

All of our goods are individually handmade, and therefore may not always appear exactly as in photographs or descriptions. All photographs on our website are published to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe.

Changes to Order

Any major changes to your order less than 14 days before the required pick-up date may incur a fee for reworking of design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.

Cancellations and Refunds

A full refund will be issued for any cancellation made more than 12 full weeks prior to your required pick-up date. If you wish to cancel your order after this period, we will offer a full refund less the initial 50% deposit paid. Any cancellations made within 14 days are neither refundable nor transferable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order due to personal circumstance, we will offer you a full refund.
